- Hero or not, that was SUCH a dumb move on the part of the teller. It's stupidity like this that gets innocent people killed and costs taxpayers unnecessary expenses. He's fortunate that his selfish, stupidity didn't end up worse than it did, as statistics have shown.

- This is a no-brainer. He was trained in how to deal with this situation and failed to follow procedure, which is direct insubordination.
